This pork dish brings together the best of both worlds with quality curry powder and farm fresh apples. Pork doesn't have to be bland and boring!
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook the diced pork for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to brown all sides evenly.
Add apples and sliced onion into the mix; cook, stirring until the onion is lightly browned, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Add the flour and curry powder; stirring well to blend.
Add the remaining ingredients; stir to blend well.
Reduce the heat to low; cover and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve on a fluffy bed of rice, such as Basmati or whole grain for a wholesome authentic meal.
Use a bowl to pack in the rice and then flip onto your plate for a perfectly shaped bed of rice. Top with finely chopped cilantro to give it that extra kick.
