Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

An easy, quick and tasty appetizer that's always a crowd pleaser. How can you pass up on crispy prosciutto and fresh asparagus?!

 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 16 Asparagus (spears)
 16 Prosciutto (slices)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450F degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray or mist with olive oil.

Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting at the bottom, and spiralling up the to the tip. Place the wrapped spears on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove, and shake the pan back and fourth to allow the spears to turn over. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Spears will be ready when prosciutto is crisp and asparagus is tender.

You can dress this dish up by laying it out in a small stack with balsamic drizzle. Serve immediately.
