This classic sweet and salty pairing will never go out of style. Add fresh mozzarella and basil to complete this popular summertime appetizer.
Halve cantaloupe, then scoop out and discard seeds. Using a melon baller, scoop out approximately 24 balls. Alternatively, if you don't have a melon baller, a teaspoon would work. Just have to be a bit more creative with it.
To assemble the skewers, layer cantaloupe, basil, mozzarella balls, prosciutto and a second piece of cantaloupe until you have approximately 12 skewers.
They should look vibrant and tasty at this point. Drizzle skewers with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
